The team of Ahim’SA volunteer teachers has grown to six!
In June we welcomed Lize Pretorius and Victoria Fearon to the team. Both certified Yoga teachers, Lize teaches in the Table View area and Victoria in and around Marina da Gama.
Ahim’SA is so grateful to have such wonderful volunteer teachers, enabling us to offer more classes and improve more lives. These two ladies have taken the opportunity to take Yoga out of the studio and into communities who otherwise would not have access to Yoga and it’s many benefits.
Thanks to Lize and Victoria more people in Imizamo Yethu will be able to spend time learning about their mind, body and caring for the environment around them. What a wonderful gift to give!
